Refund policy

2 days before return of the item, a message will be sent to You asking whether You want to keep the item for an extra 5 days, or if they would like to swap it for another item.

If You require to swap it for another item, the driver will collect the item from Your saved address and item will be brought back to our collection. 

After return, all pieces will be checked by our experts to examine the condition post return. After inspection, if any severe damage has been done, You will be informed accordingly and the appropriate measures shall be taken (if the damage doesn’t fall within the insurance policy).

Cancelling Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

   Products availability
     Errors in the description or prices for Products
    Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Products you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
